CrossFit Council Bluffs is all about evidence based fitness. We use functional movements to improve your daily life in and outside the gym. Every single member goes through a 1 on 1 process with an individual coach before entering member classes. This will allow us to gauge your fitness level, so that we can give you the best experience possible in each class you attend. No long term commitments either. If we can't get you to come back then that's on us.
